Dr. Santhosh Kumar M.C., Ph. D took his B.Sc. degree in physics form Calicut University. He obtained his M.Sc. in Physics from Department of Physics, Pondicherry University, Pondicherry in the year 1997. Cochin University of Science And Technology has awarded him with Ph.D in Physics in October 2003. His field of interest include semiconductor thin films, Vacuum technology, ion implantation and conducting polymers. He has about seven papers published in international journals his credits. He have been working with Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology for the past two years, before that he worked as a guest lecturer in school of engineering, CUSAT for one year.
